• 9.1 Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• 9.2 Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• 9.3 Damages arising from your inability to use our services
• 9.4 Damages resulting from errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or CHF 100, whichever is greater.

10. Exclusion of Consequential Damages

Under no circumstances shall Orbweaver be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Force Majeure

Orbweaver shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet failures, or telecommunications disruptions.
